Users participating in Photo Competitions, Community Recipes, or Feeding Hacks grant La Magnificia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature, display, and share submitted photos and recipes on our platform and official media channels.
- Submissions must not violate third-party copyright or trademark rights.
- Submissions containing inappropriate or harmful material will be rejected by our admin team.
- La Magnificia reserves the right to moderate, approve, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
5. Orders, Pricing & Delivery
All product prices listed on our platform are displayed in local currency and subject to applicable taxes. We strive for precision in product descriptions; however, actual packaging or raw ingredients may vary slightly due to seasonal availability of premium produce.
